Aspire Channel Swim
Having worked with Aspire, the spinal cord injury charity for over two years the opportunity arose to reinvent their primary fundraising activity. Utilising the knowledge gained from our established relationship the focus of the rebrand lied within the audience's own personal challenges. This strategy took shape in the form of a heroic aesthetic, from a championing medal like logo mark to glorifying super-heroic campaign imagery. Tactics included enlisting real brand ambassadors and highlighting their personal challenges and reasons for taking part in the challenge, as well as the ability to design your own bespoke badge for your online profile and generate a unique superhero name to personalise your challenge accordingly. This was effectively promoted through a charismatic photo shoot and promo video directed by myself, then broadcasted via digital display screens across the country. The campaign was a huge success generating record fundraising figures and smashing previous years' targets.
